Guests must notify us of any delays affecting arrival times.

8. Occupancy

Only the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation may occupy the property, and must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

Subletting, sharing, or transferring a reservation without written approval is prohibited.

Additional visitors may require prior permission.

• Keep the accommodation reasonably clean and secure.

11. Swimming Pool and Outdoor Areas

Where a swimming pool is provided:

• Transportation disruptions

In such circumstances, liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
